KEY PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
One yearʹs experience in concrete precast element from panels and beams. Followed by three year on site as responsible for precast panels and post/prestress beams for bridges in Johannesburg. Followed by three years as concrete design. Tired of office work, worked as site engineer to construct roads in South Africa and Botswana.
KEY PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
One yearʹs experience in concrete precast element from panels and beams. Followed by three year on site as responsible for precast panels and post/prestress beams for bridges in Johannesburg. Followed by three years as concrete design. Tired of office work, worked as site engineer to construct roads in South Africa and Botswana. Worked in Middle East for five years, responsible for the coordination of concrete works and finishing of buildings in power station. Back in South Africa, director of my own company from 1981 to1998. Construction of new Botswana Television Centre as senior site agent responsible for concrete work and finishing of buildings. Followed by construction of eight-story apartment building as site agent in Durban, responsible for concrete work and finishing in Umhlanga, Pic n Pay, Longmeadow, West Rand Shopping centre, Johannesburg and Mooi River Shopping Centre, Potchefstroom.
